The meeting was called to order by Chair, Dave Riley.

         I.      Dave e-mailed committee members Joint Planning and Budget meeting minutes.  These will be reviewed at the next meeting.

       II.      Dave sent motions to the Chancellor and governance groups.

      III.      Sharon Radtke distributed and explained the following handouts.  Provost Liz Hitch and Sharon answered questions from JPB committee members.

A.     2006-07 Pay Plan letter from Allan Christ, UW System

B.     Summary of Transfers for System Wide Billings

C.    PeopleSoft Financials

   IV.      Dave would like the committee to spend time on Common Systems this semester.

     V.      Energy savings should be discussed this semester.   Please e-mail Dave with any issues you wish to discuss.
