The meeting was called to order by Chair, Dave Riley.

         I.      The membership of the subcommittee to consider summer and J-term is:  T.J. Brooks, Bill Colclough, Tom Gendreau, Betsey Morgan, Sharon Radtke, and Teri Thill.

       II.      The membership of the subcommittee to consider energy savings is:  Bill Doering, Ron Lostetter, Mary Beth Vahala, Dave Riley, and Katie Van Roosenbeek.

      III.      Sharon Radtke distributed the following documents:

a.      2005-06 Tuition Revenue and Expenditure Targets (9/13/05 letter from Lynn Paulson, UW System.

b.      2005-06 Tuition Projection for UW-La Crosse.

c.      Questions/discussion followed.

   IV.      Discussion on printing on campus – John Tillman was available for questions.

     V.      Instructional Academic Staff Discussion

a.      Provost Liz Hitch briefed us on the Instructional Academic Staff committee.  Kerrie Hoar is Chair of the committee.

   VI.      Terri Thill presented information on UW-La Crosse Instructional Academic Staff Data (handout). 

  VII.      Subcommittees met for remainder of the meeting.
