The meeting was called to order by Dave Riley.

           I.      Kerrie Hoar, Chair of the Instructional Academic Staff Committee, presented an overview on what they are working on.

a.      Discussion/questions/comments on instructional academic staff loads followed.

b.      Kerrie will report back to Joint Planning and Budget again in the future.

         II.      The sub-committees have met and are making progress.

        III.      No meeting next week.

     IV.      Meeting adjourned.
